Privacy notice
Last updated: October 14, 2026.
At OPR Solutions we take care of the data you trust us with. This notice explains who is responsible for it, what we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
- We only use your data to reply, follow up and, if we work together, deliver the service.
- We do not sell or rent it, and we do not send you advertising.
- This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
- You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Oswaldo Patricio Ramírez Becerra, an individual doing business as OPR Solutions ("OPR Solutions", "we"), is responsible for processing your personal data.
Address for notices: Bocaccio 134, colonia Colinas de San Jerónimo, C.P. 64630, Monterrey, Nuevo León, México.
Privacy contact: oprsolutions.admin@gmail.com. The same person handles requests about your data.
2. What data we collect and how
Data you give us when you fill in the contact form or write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, company (if you share it), email address or phone number, the service you are interested in and what you tell us about your project.
Data generated when you browse the site, without cookies: the page you visit, the site you came from, your approximate country, device type and language. We do not store your IP address: we turn it into a pseudonymous code that we use to prevent abuse and that is deleted after 90 days.
When it is stored: form data is stored when you tap "Send message" or "I prefer WhatsApp". At that moment, how you reached the site (referring site or campaign, approximate country, device and language) is linked to your message. If you left an email, we send you an automatic reply with a link to book the call. If you book, your name, email and chosen time are kept in our Google calendar.
If you hire us, we also process the data needed to invoice and collect payment: name or company name, tax ID (RFC), tax address, tax regime and the email where invoices are sent.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data (such as health, religion or political opinions). Please do not include it in your messages.
3. What we use it for
Necessary purposes, which do not require your consent because they are essential to handle your request: replying to your message, including an automatic reply with a booking link; scheduling and holding the call you asked for; understanding your needs and preparing a proposal; following up; knowing how you found us so we can better handle your request; and, if you hire us, providing, invoicing and collecting payment for the service and meeting the related legal obligations.
We use browsing data only to know, in aggregate and without identifying anyone, how many people visit the site and which sections help them, so we can improve and protect it against abuse.
We do not use your data for secondary purposes such as advertising, newsletters or surveys. If we ever want to, we will ask for your consent first and you can say no without it affecting how we serve you.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties. We would only disclose it without your consent in the cases allowed by article 36 of the Law, for example when required by law or by a competent authority, or when needed to defend a right in court.
To operate we use providers that process data only on our behalf and under our instructions, with confidentiality and security obligations: website hosting (Vercel Inc.), the database where we store form messages (Supabase Inc.), email and calendar (Google LLC), email notification delivery, invoicing and payments, and work tools, including artificial intelligence tools configured not to train on your data. Several of them have their servers in the United States.
We make no transfers that require your consent.
If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, that message is also subject to the privacy policies of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms).
5. How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, we delete your contact details and message no later than 12 months after your last contact with us or the last update to your request.
If you hire us, we keep it for as long as the service relationship lasts and afterwards only as long as applicable laws require, such as tax laws. After that, it is blocked and deleted.
Browsing data is kept for up to 25 months, without the connection code, which is deleted after 90 days.
6. How we protect it
We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration or unauthorized access: encrypted connections, access limited to the person handling your request, and access keys kept outside the site's code.
If a breach significantly affected your rights, we would inform you without delay, as soon as we confirm it, so you can take action.
7. Your rights: access, rectification, cancellation and objection
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and how we use it (access), to correct it if it is wrong or outdated (rectification), to ask us to delete it (cancellation) and to object to its use for specific purposes (objection). These are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise them, write to oprsolutions.admin@gmail.com with: your name and a way to reply to you; the right you want to exercise and a clear description of the data; a valid official ID or, if acting through a representative, the document that proves it; and, for rectification, the correct data.
We will reply within 20 business days of receiving your complete request and, if it applies, carry it out within the following 15 business days. Both periods may be extended once for an equal period when justified; we would let you know first. The process is free; only shipping or copy costs could apply, if any.
8. How to withdraw your consent or limit use
You can withdraw the consent you gave us at any time, without retroactive effect, by writing to oprsolutions.admin@gmail.com. Please note that if you do, we will not be able to keep handling the request or service you gave us the data for.
If you do not want us to contact you again, just ask at the same address: we add you to our exclusion list and will not write to you again.
9. Cookies and site measurement
This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics and with our own measurement, both without cookies and in aggregate, without building profiles of people.
10. Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we find we have received it, we delete it.
11. Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. If the change means using your data for a new purpose that requires your consent, we will ask you first.
12. If you believe your rights were not respected
Write to us first at oprsolutions.admin@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it with you. You can also go to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Government), the authority that oversees personal data protection in Mexico.
The Spanish version of this notice prevails in case of any difference.
13. Visitors from California and the rest of the United States
The categories of personal data we collect, the purposes and the providers we share it with are described in sections 2 to 4. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Because this site does not track visitors across sites over time, it does not respond in any special way to Do Not Track signals, and no third parties track visitors through it. You can review and request changes to your data as described in section 7.
